Vacancy details
To assist our London team in helping to grow the firm, the duties you will carry out are:
- Review correspondence with HMRC.
- Contact clients for tax return information.
- Process basic tax return information.
- Basic analysis of income & expenditure.
- Assisting other members of the team as required.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- GCSE English Language and Mathematics at Grade 5(C) or ideally above.
- Ideally educated to BTEC or A’ Level standard.
- IT competent and be familiar with computerised packages Excel and Word.
- The ability to work on their own initiative and be flexible.
- Good communication skills and telephone manner.
- The ability to prioritise and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Benefits and employment details
- Full time office-based role – Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
- Remuneration will be dependent on experience and qualifications.
- Right to Work in the UK required.
- Study opportunities will be available upon successful completion of probation.
The package will include:
- Annual Christmas Bonus equivalent to 1 week’s salary.
- Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme all staff are auto enrolled. (Employer: 5%; Employee:3%) subject to eligibility.
- Private Medical Insurance following completion of 3 months service (this is a taxable benefit).

- Annual Leave will be 23 days per annum (pro rata). 3 days are normally taken at Christmas/New Year.
