ICAEW Diversity Survey Response 2025

The firm is registered for probate services and welcomes the ICAEW regulatory requirement to publish the diversity of its employees collated from data across the firm.  This ensures diversity can be positively managed. We welcome diversity and the benefits that it brings to the firm and seek to employ staff irrespective of age, gender, ethnicity and belief. From the March 2025 diversity survey results, we are proud to report that the firm continues to be a diverse and vibrant place to work. Our key diversity performance measures(“KDPMs”) being gender, age, neurodiversity and ethnicity shows our workforce continues to represent a cross section of society within the UK.
