Ruth set up Hillier Hopkins’s customs declarations and advisory service for SMEs following the UKs departure from the EU. The service is now utilised by large and small businesses based in the UK and overseas.
Ruth also heads up our VAT and indirect tax team. Her expertise is extensive with a growing focus on advising overseas companies looking to expand into the UK.
She advises clients not only on VAT and customs but also provides solutions to complex arrangements such as cross-border supply chains for goods and services, land-related transactions, financial services, treasury functions and property portfolios.
