Companies House has announced some significant fee increases, with the cost of incorporating a company rising to £50 from £12 and filing confirmation statements increasing to £34 from £13.
The revised charges will come into effect from 1 May 2024 and you can view a full list of the increases here.
Companies House has said that the price rises are necessary to cover the cost of the increase in work resulting from the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act, something we have covered in our previous updates below:
