We are delighted to announce our merger with Berkhamsted based accountants Colin Gray & Co and Priority Payroll Services Limited.
Colin Gray & Co was established in 1992 by Colin Gray and provides accounts and tax services to a wide range of businesses. Dedicated payroll bureau, Priority Payroll Services was acquired by Karen Gray in 2002 and provides a fully managed payroll solution to SME clients.
Hillier Hopkins continues to pursue its strategy of organic growth and acquisition across the region, and this latest announcement follows the merger with Dunstable based Minney & Co in April of this year. With these mergers, the Hillier Hopkins Group now has a team of 260 people across multiple offices in London and the home counties.
