We are delighted to have once again supported the Bucks & Beds Lord’s Taverners Christmas Lunch this year.
The lunch was held on Friday 8th December at Woburn Golf Club. Guests were treated to a champagne reception, heads & tails game and a delicious 3 course lunch, followed by a charity auction hosted by auctioneer Charlie Ross of TV’s Bargain Hunt fame. Entertainment was provided by singer Neal Astbury and comedian Ian Irving.
The lunch was a huge success with a fantastic £31,000 being raised for the charity, which delivers high quality cricket programmes that will empower young people facing inequality to make positive choices, improve their health and wellbeing and achieve positive outcomes.
We would like to extend our thanks to all attendees for helping them to raise such a magnificent amount!
