On 10th November Hillier Hopkins Principal, Richard Malone will take part in the St Albans Sleepout at Oaklands College in aid of Herts Young Homeless (HYH).
Richard will be braving the cold and sleeping out all night to raise funds for the vital support this charity provides.
This year HYH marks its 25th anniversary and have an ambitious target to raise £35,000, which will help make a real difference to vulnerable young people across Hertfordshire who are facing homelessness this winter.

About Herts Young Homeless
HYH work with 16-24 year olds who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness and those aged 10-15 whose families are at risk of relationship breakdown. HYH also work with those aged 18+, including care experienced young people and those with mental health and substance misuse challenges, with housing and support needs.
Their services empower young people to be able to deal with the difficult situations in their lives, giving them the ability and confidence to ‘do it themselves’ and ultimately find stability. To find out more visit their website.
