Our shared commitment to “Doing the right thing”
We are pleased to publish our latest Impact Report, reflecting on the progress we have made over the past year and our continuing commitment to being a responsible and sustainable business.
Following our B Corporation certification, our focus has increasingly moved towards embedding responsible business practices across the firm and ensuring sustainability continues to influence our strategy, decision-making and day-to-day operations.
The report looks at our impact across our people, clients, communities, environment and governance, with highlights from 2025/26 including:
- achieving a verified B Impact Score of 80.2
- gaining Cyber Essentials Plus certification
- maintaining our Investors in People Gold status
- contributing 272 volunteering hours and raising £11,000 for charitable causes
- further developing how we measure and manage our environmental impact, including work on our Carbon Reduction Plan.
Most importantly, the report reflects the contribution our people make every day, through volunteering, collaboration and our shared commitment to doing the right thing.
