Your guide to rebuilding confidence after lockdown

With Dipal Shah, Founder of Diva Coaching

After a year of restrictions, you might be feeling raring to go, or perhaps a little anxious. Dipal’s session will restore your confidence, getting you ready to hit the ground running when normality resumes. She’ll cover socialising and networking, travel and commuting on public transport, managing time, as well as keeping up the good habits that you may have adopted over the last year.

The discussion will be followed with online networking to allow you to chat in small groups with other attendees.
