To make user experience better for our clients we are making some changes to our client portal which we will be rolling out in the next couple of weeks.
These changes are as follows:
- Update to our ‘Dashboard’ page – Users with multiple portals will be able to easily see where there are documents to action.
- Update to our ‘Documents to action’ page – This will have a clearer layout and simplified process to action documents.
- Update on notifications – Rather than 1 email per document, users will receive 1 email every 15 minutes listing documents.
