HMRC have recently announced their upcoming approach to publishing details of coronavirus Job Retention Scheme claims in order to deter fraudulent claims. They will be publishing the names of employers who make any claims from December 2020 onwards. The first publication will go live on 26 January. Please note: In this publication only the employer names will be stated.
As of February HMRC will be publishing employers names, an indication of the value of claims within a tiered range as well as the company referent number (CRN for Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) and companies. These details will be published on a monthly basis from February onwards.
