- At Hillier Hopkins, our team will welcome you in with open arms, where support here starts from day one, with ongoing help and guidance throughout your graduate programme. Before you start any training, you will get to know the firm, colleagues and other graduates joining at the same time.
- As a part of the graduate programme, you will be provided with a nominated student counsellor who will be your mentor supporting you throughout your training contract. They’ll offer you lots of encouragement, tailored advice, a listening ear and ongoing support whenever needed.
- In addition, you will have in-house training covering anti–money laundering, health and safety, and client interaction, so you feel confident and prepared as you begin speaking with real clients working with the firm.

- Work towards your ICAEW ACA qualification with us, through our graduate programme!
- You will gain hands-on experience across both audit (assurance engagements, internal audits, pension scheme audits, charity audits and government departments) and accounts (bookkeeping, accounts preparation and management accounts, as well as specialist work in investigations) during your three-year programme.
- The variety of experience will allow you to find a career that genuinely interests you and see where your strengths lie – giving you confidence to shape your professional career.
