Abby, Rachel, Jules (from our MK office) and Jules’s husband braved the elements and tested their endurance, nerve, skill and teamwork to raise funds for Action4Youth at the weekend.
The course included, climbing a tower, abseiling, navigating a cave network, archery, canoeing and a 5km run round the lake – phew!

The staff from Action 4 Youth were brilliant at making us feel safe in the unusual environments and cheering us along. It was a great team bonding experience and ended with a lovely BBQ.” Abby Wells
