After reading Politics at Lancaster University Alex joined Hillier Hopkins in 1997. Qualifying with first time passes and passing the Case Study with a top 10 finish in 2000, Alex became a Principal of the firm in 2010 and was then appointed Managing Principal in 2019 after six years serving on the firm’s Board of Management. He is a specialist Audit Principal and acts for many of the firm’s larger corporate clients. Alex commonly advises owner managed businesses on their corporate structure and provides structured business advice with a strong rational bias.
To provide variety Alex has also grown a large portfolio of not for profit clients, mostly in the Education sector.
