These conditions apply in addition to those for the use of our website. Where any conflict arises between the terms of our website statement and this statement the terms contained in this statement shall prevail.

Our lead professional indemnity insurer is Axis Specialty Europe SE, 52 Lime Street London EC3M 7AF. The territorial coverage is worldwide but with some coverage restrictions on claims brought in the USA or Canada.
Regulatory information
Hillier Hopkins LLP is registered to carry on audit work in the UK by the ICAEW. Details about our audit registration can be accessed online at www.auditregister.org.uk under reference number C001034066.
Probate services are carried out by HH Accounting & Tax Services Limited which is licenced to carry out the reserved legal activity of non-contentious probate in England and Wales by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Professional Indemnity Insurance covering claims of up to £30 million is held.

Complaints
We are committed to providing high-quality services and maintaining strong relationships with all our stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, partners, and employees. However, we recognise that there may be occasions when our services or interactions do not meet your expectations.
If you have a complaint which cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, the circumstances of your complaint should be brought to the attention of our Compliance Principal by email complaints@hhllp.co.uk or by telephone +44 (0)330 024 3200.
We undertake to look into any complaint carefully and promptly and to do all we can to explain the position to you. If we do not answer your complaint to your satisfaction, you may take up the matter with our professional body, the ICAEW, at Metropolitan House, 321 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes MK9 2FZ.
Whistleblowing policy
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability in all our operations. We recognise the importance of providing a safe and confidential environment for our employees, clients, and stakeholders to raise concerns about any suspected wrongdoing.
The purpose of this policy is to encourage and enable stakeholders to report any suspected wrongdoing, including but not limited to:
- Fraud or financial irregularities
- Breach of legal or regulatory requirements
- Misconduct or unethical behaviour
- Health and safety violations
- Environmental damage
Report any concerns through either directly to our Compliance Principal on +44 (0)330 024 3200 or via our confidential Whistleblowing Form. Upon receiving a report, we will conduct a prompt and impartial investigation. We will keep the whistleblower informed of the progress and outcome of the investigation, where appropriate.
We value the courage and integrity of those who raise concerns and are committed to addressing any issues identified through whistleblowing. We are committed to protecting the identity of whistleblowers and ensuring that they do not suffer any retaliation or discrimination as a result of their disclosure. All reports will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and investigated thoroughly.
